You have to realize that it will takes time to explore the world of dreams. There are no quick results. Gourdjieff,
gave his pupils at least a half year of intensive exercise, before they can catch a glimp of a clear dream.
A simple advice is, don't take it all too serious even with yourself.. Don't identify yourself too much with your experiences, because the key of being succesful in clear dreaming is to stay alert. The more serious you are, the more real your fears will be in your dream worlds. Lucidity, light hearted, love, laugh and so on, turn out to be the best guardians of every traveller in this extraordinary worlds. |
